Yellow Fever Vaccine Administration

Service Description

- Prior to booking an appointment, please ensure you have a valid Canadian prescription for the Yellow Fever Vaccine. - We provide an International Certificate of Vaccination/Prophylaxis or a Certificate of Contraindication to Vaccination. - We cannot administer this vaccine to children aged 5 years and under. - We can direct bill your private insurance if applicable. - There is a $25 injection and documentation fee in addition to the cost of the Yellow Fever vaccine. NOTE: Certain prescriptions and vaccines may not meet eligibility criteria for fulfillment. In addition to regulatory constraints, pharmacists have the authority to decline filling prescriptions at their discretion, following the guidelines set by the Provincial College of Pharmacists' Professional Practice Policies, prescriber directives, and Provincial/Federal legislation.
