Do I have to pay for parking every time I pick up a prescription?

​

No, we will validate your parking when you pick up your prescription. Just let us know you are in the parking lot.

How can I refill my prescription?

​

You can refill your prescription by doing one of the following:

  1. Call us at (519) 576-6363 and give us your name and date of birth or prescription number.

  2. Stop by our pharmacy and give us your name and date of birth or prescription number.

  3. Fill out this Refill Prescription Form

  4. Use our PharmaConnect App to upload and send a photo of your prescription.

How can I transfer my prescription?

​

You can transfer your prescription by doing one of the following:

  1. Call us at (519) 576-6363 and give us the name of your current pharmacy.

  2. Fill out this Transfer Prescription Form

What is PharmaConnect?

​

Our PharmaConnect app allows you to manage all your medication conveniently on your phone. You can use it to refill your prescriptions and be notified when they are ready. 

PharmaConnect makes it easy for caregivers to manage medication for loved ones. You will always have an up-to-date medication list that you can share with your health care team (specialist, family doctor, general physician, etc.).

Can I return the products I purchase? How?

​

Prescription and over-the-counter medication cannot be returned.

All other products can be returned within 1 week of purchase if they have not been opened or altered in any way. The original receipt must accompany the product. 

​

How long does shipping take?

​

The time to ship a product depends on your location:

  1. If you are located in the Kitchener-Waterloo area we can generally get delivery out for the same day if ordered before 3 pm.

  2. If you are outside the Kitchener-Waterloo we use Purolator to ship. Generally shipments take one business day for Ontario and nearby provinces. Purolator is generally quick but farther distances take more time.

How can I pay?

​

While shopping on our website, you can pay online using Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

In store, we accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If you opt for delivery, you can pay by Credit Card over the phone or pay our delivery driver using Cash, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

Do you deliver? What is the shipping cost?

​

We offer free same day delivery on prescription medication in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. 

For over-the-counter medication delivery, we charge $6 shipping fee for orders less than $50. Shipping for over-the-counter medication is free if delivered with your prescription.

Medication is delivered between 3 pm-6 pm.
